We have this morning added a new photo gallery on the gallery page of the site with images from the amazing few weeks of snow that we have had. There are more photos coming soon but already we hope you can get an idea of the magnificence of the beautiful white blanket that has enveloped this beautiful part of West Yorkshire.

Hardcastle Crags has been closed to the public completely – at least the car parks have been. The lodge has been inaccessible except by 4 wheel drive jeeps. Guests have had to leave their cars at the bottom of the hill and to be ferried up to Walshaw by Land Rover.In short, Walshaw has been a hard place to get in and out of but once you are here – what a place to be!
